All the reservations must be guaranted with a 30% deposit, payable on credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash. You can check our cancellation policy before paying your deposit.

Rates

High season : from may 1st 2012 to october 31st 2012 and from december 21st 2012 to january 7th 2013 the rate is $ 105 in single occupancy and $ 120 in double occupancy.

Low season : from january 10th 2012 to april 30th 2012 and from november 1st 2012 to december 20th 2012 the rate is $ 90 in single occupancy and $ 105 in double occupancy.

This rate includes a full and tasty breakfast but it does not include the taxes. They are 3 legal taxes for lodging in Montreal, TPS (5%), TVQ (9.5%) and Montreal´s lodging tax (3.5%) about 18% all together.

We offer on demand rebates for the long stays more than 3 nights. Our rooms are best for 2 persons but we can add a mattress for an extra person ($ 15 extra charge).

Cancellation policy

A 30% deposit is requested for any reservation, refundable until 7 days before the stay except $ 25 administration fee. If the cancellation occurs during the stay the full amount will be charged.

Deposit can be paid on telephone with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. The balance of the payment is processed at the arrival by cash or credit card.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out at 11:30 AM; if you should arrive after 6:00 PM please call us to make sure someone will be there to open the door. The last call for check-in is 9:00 PM to preserve the quietness of the other guests.
